5. Payment Terms and Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Bank transfers and wire payments

  • Electronic payment systems (PayPal, etc.)

  • Business checks (for established corporate clients)

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Technology consulting: Payment terms specified in project agreements, typically milestone-based for solution development

  • Management consulting: Standard net-30 terms unless otherwise specified in service agreements

  • Travel consulting: Strategic consulting billed per agreement; travel bookings may require payment at time of reservation

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension

  • All consulting fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise specified in writing

6. Modifications and Service Changes

  • Change pricing structures for future engagements

  • Modify these Terms with 30 days' notice to existing clients

Important: Our consulting advice is based on information provided by clients and current market/technology conditions at the time of engagement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, technology performance results, or ROI. Travel arrangements and travel consulting recommendations are subject to third-party availability, changing regulations, and conditions beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, proprietary frameworks, and materials created by Hello Peace Inc. remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8.2 Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of their proprietary information and data. We will not use client confidential information beyond the scope of our engagement without explicit permission.

8.3 Work Product

Ownership of deliverables and work product will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, customized work product developed specifically for a client becomes the property of that client upon full payment.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

10. Account Suspension and Termination
